2. Digital Courses

Due to the digital nature of our products, access to course materials is generally considered to begin immediately after purchase.

5. Membership Subscriptions

Recurring memberships may be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle the member to a refund for payments already processed.

Members will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

6. Instructor Certification Programme

Due to the extensive preparation, digital resources, training materials and ongoing support provided through the Instructor Certification Programme, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

Requests received before access to programme materials has been provided may be considered at the sole discretion of Dough & Nourish.

7. Live Workshops and Events

Refunds for live workshops, classes or special events are subject to the cancellation policy published for the individual event.

Where an event is cancelled by Dough & Nourish, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund.
• Transfer to another available date.
• Course credit, where appropriate.

8. Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing your course or membership, please contact us before requesting a refund.

9. Chargebacks
