What This Programme Is About

- And you’ll step into teaching — sharing this knowledge in a way that is calm, clear, and truly impactful.
- We support the backend with your teaching business with online scheduling software, a blog and a store, if you wish to sell any products.
What You Will Learn
Over six months, you will develop a wide range of practical skills, including:
- Sourdough bread from starter to loaf.
- Sourdough Pizza, made 4 different methods.
- Sourdough pancakes and everyday recipes.
- Fresh sourdough pasta.
- Tortillas and milk bread.
- Yogurt and fermented dairy.
- Gelato and naturally made ice cream.
Everything is taught in a way that is:
- Simple.
- Practical.
- Easy to pass on to beginners.
Learn How to Teach
This programme goes beyond making food.
You will learn how to:
- Structure and run your own classes.
- Explain concepts in a simple, approachable way.
- Guide beginners step-by-step.

By the end of the programme, you will feel confident teaching your own Dough & Nourish classes.
Certification
Once you complete the programme, you will become a:
Dough & Nourish Certified Instructor
This allows you to teach Dough & Nourish courses using a proven, structured approach.
You will also receive:
- A certified instructor badge.
- Access to teaching materials.
- Ongoing support through the Dough & Nourish system.
- A subdomain on our booking engine and a wordpress site with a blog and store that you can setup to sell products. (small monthly fee for hosting)
