Creating food from scratch has been my mission for the past 10 years, and baking bread has been at the heart of it.
Bread has been a staple food for thousands of years, yet today so many people say they “can’t eat bread” and point the finger at gluten.
Today, I teach people how to make real, gut-friendly sourdough using simple tools, slow fermentation, and honest ingredients. No pressure, no perfection chasing — just wholesome bread made the way your body actually loves.
