1. Introduction
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of the Dough & Nourish Instructor Certification Programme.
The Instructor Certification Programme includes professional training, digital course materials, teaching resources, branding assets, business systems and ongoing instructor support. Due to the immediate access provided to proprietary intellectual property, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
By enrolling in the Instructor Certification Programme, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Deposits
Where a deposit is required to reserve a place in the Instructor Certification Programme, the deposit is non-refundable unless the programme is cancelled by Dough & Nourish.
3. Programme Fees
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Access to certification materials, instructor resources and certification benefits may be withheld until all required payments have been received.
4. Refunds Before Programme Access
If you cancel your enrolment before receiving access to the Instructor Portal, certification courses or digital instructor resources, Dough & Nourish may, at its sole discretion, approve a full or partial refund, less any applicable administrative or payment processing fees.
5. Refunds After Programme Access
Once access has been granted to any part of the Instructor Certification Programme, including but not limited to:
- Instructor courses
- Teaching materials
- Presentations
- Branding resources
- Marketing materials
- Instructor documentation
- Website resources
- Business development resources
- Downloadable materials
- Instructor Portal
the programme is considered to have commenced and refunds will generally not be available.
6. Payment Plans
Where payment plans are offered, participants agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the agreed payment plan.
Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension of:
- Instructor Portal access
- Certification status
- Instructor website services
- Student referrals
- Branding licence
- Ongoing instructor support
until the account has been brought up to date.
7. Withdrawal from the Programme
Participants may withdraw from the Instructor Certification Programme at any time.
Withdrawal does not automatically cancel any remaining payment obligations unless agreed in writing by Dough & Nourish.
8. Programme Updates
Dough & Nourish continually improves its courses, teaching resources, technology, branding materials and instructor support.
These ongoing improvements form part of the Instructor Programme and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
9. Cancellation by Dough & Nourish
If Dough & Nourish cancels an Instructor Certification Programme before it begins, participants will be offered one of the following:
- A full refund.
- Transfer to a future intake.
- Credit towards another Dough & Nourish programme.
10. Exceptional Circumstances
Requests for refunds due to serious illness, bereavement or other exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of one request does not create an obligation to approve future requests.
11. Certification Status
A refund does not guarantee certification.
Likewise, certification may be suspended or revoked in accordance with the Instructor Licence Agreement regardless of any refund request.
12. Chargebacks
If you believe a payment has been processed incorrectly, please contact Dough & Nourish before initiating a chargeback through your financial institution.
Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of certification, instructor website services, access to instructor resources and participation in the Instructor Programme while the matter is investigated.
13. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
14. Changes to this Refund Policy
Dough & Nourish reserves the right to amend this Instructor Refund Policy at any time.
The most current version will always be available on the Dough & Nourish website.
Continued participation in the Instructor Programme constitutes acceptance of any revised Refund Policy.
